Relief from Suffering

Relief from Suffering

For the last three months, runners have endured and suffered through high temperatures and humidity. Just last week some of my runs, even in early morning, were in the danger zone for physical activity.  Example, last Thursday morning the temperature was only 74 but the humidity was 95% making the heat index over 90. Yes and that was at 5:30 am.

It won't be long until these numbers will be consistently lower, but not yet...

...but for tomorrow's Breakfast Club Run, we will get a short relief from suffering through a high heat index.

This week our route has a mix of rolling hills and flat fast roads. Its a good route for a cool morning.

Below is a map of the route, the Garmin Connect Data, and the turn-by-turn directions. Also, remember the group run starts at 5:30 am from Fleet Feet.
