As leaders of teams, we need to remember that we often have the needed resources we just need to look. We also need to remember that resources that have been discarded by others could possibly be a great resource for us.
Learning can happen every day if we are just observant and open to what is going on around us.
Often I have been guilty of just letting this day pass without taking the time to remember the suffering my Lord endured. I am striving to make today the exception and take the time to remember and imagine what really took place on that cruel piece of wood.

Just as the conversations with my mom changes from day to day so do my conversations with God. The most important thing is that we engage in a conversation. One where there is active listening and talking on my part.
