God Gave Me Something To Do

God Gave Me Something To Do

The first verse of the book identifies it as the work of Amos, one of "the shepherds of Tekoa."

'whom God entrusted with the special task of carrying a divine message to the people.'

God used a regular guy to deliver his message. This wasn't the first time and it happened many times in scripture:
Fishermen
Tentmakers
Shepherds
Slaves

I am a regular guy.

You are a regular man or woman.

God wants to use you.

It might not be that you write a book, or reveal a prophecy like Amos, but God wants to use you.

Talk to God....often.

He has something for you to do.

I am on the search for what God wants me to do.  I have been on this search for a long time. During times of contentment and discontentment.

He has something for you to do, no matter who you are.

Just ask Him.

What do you think God is calling you to do now?

Alone With God

Alone With God
