Took a little tour of Durham NC and some of the Duke campus today with @spencerthomassmith When I started running years ago I never thought he would join the running world, but I am glad he did. Such a joy to log a few miles with you son.
These people up consistently week after week on Thursday mornings at 5:30 am to run 5 miles.  #run #running #breakfastclubrun.
