As we walked through the exercise I was blessed to see who God has put together as a group of individuals to form a strong team.
As leaders of teams, we need to remember that we often have the needed resources we just need to look. We also need to remember that resources that have been discarded by others could possibly be a great resource for us.
Learning can happen every day if we are just observant and open to what is going on around us.
