The church stage has changed through the years and it changes often.
During the last two years I have been able to work with a couple of coaches, who have helped me, improve performance and meet goals. They are both great coaches. Observing these coaches has reminded me how to a better coach for my team as we set and meet goals and objectives together.
There is always some job to be filled in the local church, some place that is begging for a missionary and some ministry that is being filled by the wrong people.
