I hate to even think this but it has to be said.

We are losing sunshine.

Yes, the temperature and humidity are still high, almost unbearable, but the sun is rising later with each day. With that said, dark colors have to go. 

For the next 8-10 weeks, it is important that we do not wear dark colors for our 5:30 am runs.  Please get in the habit of wearing bright colored shirts or some type of reflective gear.

The route for tomorrow morning takes across Bailey Cove road two times. There is one little hill but the other parts of the route are flat.
