The ultimate act of worship is 'surrender.' No matter how much you engage in a worship experience it means nothing if you don't surrender everything.
There is always some job to be filled in the local church, some place that is begging for a missionary and some ministry that is being filled by the wrong people.

When planning a worship service I have a list of questions I always ask.
"The worship service today really helped me see God. I felt like I was in this deep conversation with Him and because of that I know Him better. I now know what I can do to make the relationship even better and want to do so.”
This place does as good of job if not better in making its guests feel welcomed.
