Earlier this year I made a job change when I accepted the position of Executive Pastor at Rivertree Church. Through the interview process I learned that one of the most important tasks of this 'new' position was to facilitate communication between and through all the leadership teams.
During the last two years I have been able to work with a couple of coaches, who have helped me, improve performance and meet goals. They are both great coaches. Observing these coaches has reminded me how to a better coach for my team as we set and meet goals and objectives together.
This place does as good of job if not better in making its guests feel welcomed.
