We Need A Hill

We Need A Hill

It's Cotton Row season and as the saying goes, 'it's just a hill, get over it.'

Each week since the inception of the Breakfast Club Run we have tried to alternate the routes we take. One week may be flat and fast, another may be repeating rollers. Then there are the weeks that pattern changes again and we tackle a hill.

Well the last two week's routes have included rollers and a flat course, so it must be time for a hill.

There is no duplicate of the Cotton Row hill in the Jones Valley area, but we can get close and all we have to do is run, in reverse a route we have run a couple of times.

Our adventure of conquering the hill starts at 5:30am from Fleet Feet in Huntsville. Everyone is welcome.

Here are the turn-by-turn directions and copies will be available at the beginning of the run.
