What's for breakfast?

There is a group that eats miles, one step at a time, before breakfast, the Breakfast Club Run.  

If we assume an average pace for the group of 9-minutes per mile and an average cadence, steps per minute, of 180 then each person in the breakfast club logs 8100 steps...before breakfast.

Tomorrow is Thursday so it is once again time for the Breakfast Club Run.  

There is always a five-mile route ready to run and options to cut that mileage down some.

Come join us. We meet at Fleet Feet in Jones Valley.  The first steps we log are promptly at 5:30 am and the store will be open to drop keys or other items around 5:20 am.

All runners of all paces are welcome. Don't let that 9-minute a mile pace scare you away.  That is the average, with a few going faster and most going slower.

We are doing the mostly flat route this week.
